Have an organized team. Have a boss!

Having a centralized authority in the team keeps the team together and focused on the objective.

Leaders need not contribute ideas, but leaders are essential to a constructive discussion, which is necessary to produce good discussion results.

Let the leader make the final call.

An organized team will go far!

Work with the individuals’ strength!

Everybody has got different strengths. So focus on them! Be that scary person people fear!

All to know a game plan before things gets real!

If a team is work as one, then they better have a common goal.

Do a team talk before hand.

Help each other have a common understanding.

When all the chaos and commotions set in, sticking to a blueprint keeps the team on track and focused!

Communicate. Period.

This team skill is so important. Communication builds trust. Communication builds common understanding. Communication builds synergy.

So look out for one another, communicate. Many eyes working together create a whole field of vision! That’s the power of team!
